What in the HEALTH is going on people?!
I find that yoga is much more gentle on my body. I figured this out and this is my personal preference. High impact cardio, weights and other high impact exercises seem to leave me feeling exhausted, and aching. I learned to listen to my body. When my body is engaged in yoga especially doing poses like this every muscle in your body is working especially your core muscles. It’s all about balance, stretching and becoming centered. I can see myself doing yoga in my older years and for the rest of my life. My body loves it and it makes me happy.
My cup of tea is not high packed, high energy exercise. I’m more of a #bendy #bendygirl, a smooth sailing kind of girl.
