How do you feel about your eating habits? What kind of eater are you? Everyone has a unique eating style and depending on that style, how you eat maybe what’s eating you!
Are you on an emotional eating roller coaster? If so, we can help! We are aware of the challenges of emotional eating. It can sabotage your weight-loss efforts and it often leads to eating too much. Especially too much of high-calorie, sweet and fatty foods.
Some of the underlying causes of Emotional Eating are:

In this EECS (Emotional Eating Coaching Session) You will be empowered and provided with the tools to honor your body and trust its cues by understanding what drives compulsive eating patterns. This will allow you to find greater joy and fulfillment in all areas of your life and guide others to do the same.
