The course is structured as follows:
• Over a duration of six weeks, you will receive easily comprehensible video lessons focused on mindful practices, which you can engage with at your own pace, released every Thursday.
• Subsequently, you will have the opportunity to join a 45-minute online video class a few days later, designed for practice and support within a small sisterhood group. These group sessions will be recorded, allowing you to access them at your convenience.
• Online group meetings are scheduled for Mondays.
• You will have the chance to develop a personalized practical plan tailored to your individual self-care needs and mindful practices.
If you believe that you would benefit more from individualized attention prefer to have some private sessions with me. This arrangement will allow you to concentrate more effectively on developing a personalized strategy to manage your stressors and emotions, ultimately enhancing your self-care practices.
You are still welcome to enroll in the course and participate in the group sessions if you choose, or you may opt to view them at a later time that suits your schedule.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in two 45-minute sessions with me throughout the six-week program. During these sessions, we will address your specific needs and ensure that we establish a plan tailored to your lifestyle, helping you maintain your self-care routine.
